The Government is issuing a loan of one milliard lire at 5 per cent, to be devoted to devastated areas. The Pop© has sent 50,000 lire to relieve the poor of Fiume. The police in Naples seized a million and a half gold roubles aboard the steamer Anconia, bound for London.
