SCIENTIFIC DISCOVERY. Ta!a*rapli—P*«i Association—Copyright Reuter® Telegram*. (Received February 16, 1-10 p.m.) PARIS, February 15. Bertherilat, a member of the Institute, was of the opinion that radiations were probably physical, like the odours or phosphorescence of plants, and not metaphysical.
