AMERICAN SAILORS ATTACKED.

Admiral Strauss, of tho American Asiatic fleetf, lias advised the Navy Department that two sailors of ' tho United States cruiser Albanv were slightly injured in an attack by Russians at Vladivostok on February 8. Admiral Strauss states that tho affair ha* no political importance. Mr Daniels has asked for details.
