SWIMMING.
INTERMEDIATE TRIAL. At the Tepid Baths this morning- th» 300 yards girls’ intermediate trial was held. The 130 yards icon's bank stroke trial was not swum. Miss BJeibtrey indulged in practice swims. She went a quarter-mihi in company with Mise K. Bristed. and also swam several short, distances and had one or two .dives. During the morning she gave several helpful hints to one or two local swimmers, her kindness being much appreciated. The trial resulted: ICO YARDS GIRLS’ INTERMEDIATE TRIAL. (Record 71 2-sscc.)
