In a test case concerning trade with Russia Mr Justice Roche has decided that plaintiffs, who are an old established company, must succeed to tirepertv confiscated by the Soviet' and which Ivrassm sold to an English company Mr Justice Roche’s judgment maintains intact proprietary rights actl\e old regime in Russia, vlnle Britain does not recognise the Soviet Government.
