BOWLING.
A meeting of the Christchurch Bowling Club, was hold in the pavilion on Monday mmng last, Mr F G, Hcbbs presiding. It was decided to enter two teams of three rinks each for Pennant matches this season. , A resolution was carried that the club ' ■favours the continuance of the local tournament during Easter week. The opening day was fixed for Saturday. October 9 weather permitting.. ’
