Reports.from Germany appear to that Monarchist schemes are afoot in Bavaria. “ Vorwaerts ” says that the Socialists in North Bavaria sent a message to the Gorman Government, stating that von Hindenhurg, von Ludondorlf and tho ex-King of Bavaria will attend a shooting competition at tho Bavarian Einwohmerwchr, to bo held in Munich on September 21 and 25, and that military circles have made minute preparations for tho establishment of military dictatorships. It is significant, in this connection, that at a meeting of tho Bavarian Peoples’ Party in Bamberg on September 18 a resolution was adopted by a largo majority, affirming the right of individual States to choose their own form of 'government, conduct their own foreign policy, control their own taxation, and have the Reichswehr formed on the basis of Federal contingents.
