M Kenzie has been appointed Inspecting Engineer for Wellington, and Mr J. T. Mair, Schoo' Architect of the Education Department. Dr C. Chilton, who attended the Pacific Science Congress at Honolulu, is expected back in Christchurch at the end of this week.
