Bela Kun, according to reports from Petregrad, is exhorting tho Hungarian prisoners to form themselves info a Red Army under his leadership, to enter 1 Hungary and re-establish the dictatorship. (Bela, Kun was the Red leader in 'Austria during, tho period of chaos following the defeat,of the Central Powers. Ho attempted to establish a dictatorship, but met with only a fleeting success.)
