The League of Nations announces that a committee commoted with the Brussels financial conference will meet in Paris on September IS to examine the principles On which the expenses of the League should be distributed among members. The committee, will include a representative from India. The League's transit organisation will meet at Barcelona in January to deal with questions affecting international travel, with a view to eliminating present inconveniences, re-establish normal conclitions, simplify Customs formalities, secure bottler regulations for obtaining passports) visas and reduction of tees, thoroiore enemy oountides will be invited to send representatives on a special sub-committee .
