COMPLETE SETTLEMENT IN VIEW [Per Press Absoouttok,! WELLINGTON, September 4. In connection with the sou them coal mines dispute it is officially announced that a complete settlement has been arrived at, except in the case' of Gore and Mntaura* Regarding the latter. Mr Hally, Conciliation Commissioner, and Mr Arhuckle, representative of the Miners’ Federation, leave for the south to-night. It is expected that the Gore and' Matanra- section dispute will also be satisfactorily adjusted. '
