Mr J. H. B&ird has been appointed secretary of the Sefton Dairy Company, in place of Mr "W. J. Young, resigned. Mr 0. H. Opic was last evening elected chairman of the Board of Governors of the Christchurch Technical College for the ensuing year, and Mr M. Biisbridge vice-chairman.
