EMINENT ENGINEER WANTED.
FOR HICKS BAY HARBOUR BOARD [Per Press Association.] GISBORNE, September 3. Tho Hicks Bay Harbour Board resolved that an eminent engineer be appointed to prepare a comprehensive harbour scheme for Hicks nay to accommodate tho largest boat that will run or trade with New Zealand, and also for a smaller scheme, to provide for tho requirements of the district for years to come.
