LYTTELTON GAOL SITE.
MINISTERS TO PAY A VISIT. Tlie Hon E. P. Leo (Minister of Justice) and tho Hon C. J. Parr (Minister of Education) will arrive in Lyttelton next Saturday, accompanied ly Mr J. M’Combs, AI.P. They will he met by the Lyttelton School Committee on the arrival of the steamer, and will inspect tho gaol site in connection with tho proposal to hand over the gaol site and warders’ residences to the Education Department. Mr Parr and Mr Al’Combs will go to Akaroa cn Monday to receive deputations arranged by tho Mayor of Akaroa and tho chairman of tho Akaroa County Council.
