SOLICITOR. FINED, [Pxr Press Assocutiox.) DUNEDIN, February 21. John Ira Fraser, solicitor, of Nasebv was fined :Gnft for not having his trust accounts audited within the time allowed. Ah- Bartholomew, S.AI., said the omission appeared to be due to nothing but dilatoriness on defendant’s part. He. however, had no option but to inflict the minimum penalty.
