The T.ovt! Benevolent Lodge, ].0.0 F„ AM'., held its first meeting in St, Matthew'’?. Schoolroom, St Albans, on Aiondav. Them was a. fair attendance. and the N.G . Brother G. T. Jlillsdon, presided. Six members wtr.rcporled on the sick list. Correspondence was received from tho North Canterbury Dislri'-t, relative. to the annual district conlerer.ee! and Ihi B.M.C. meeting at Auckland at. Easter. I’.G. Brother W. B, Brown and P.G. Brother A F. W. .lames were elected delegates to the annual conference. P.P.G.it. Brother 7. Williamson presented, on beliaii of the lodge, a Past Grand’s jewel fo (Brother A. F. W. .lames on Ins' vacating the Grand Master s chair; also a, centenary'jewel lor meritorious services rendered to tho lodge. A report from the trustees with regard to the sale of the. hall up<l furniture wa? received ami approved.
