By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright Australian and N.Z. Cable Association (Received January 15, 10.20 a.m.) LONDON, January 13. The football associations of England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Franco, Belgium and 'Luxemburg have withdrawn from tho International Federation because tho Scaudinavan and Italian associations reserve the right to meet former enemy associations. Tho scceders have formed a new federation, excluding former enemies, also ihoso resuming football relations with such former enemies.
