Air Asquith, speaking at Birmingham, criticised the Coalition Government' for allowing Sinn Fein to become the dominant factor in Irish national life. Ho said that tho Anti-Dumping Bill was unpopular, Even the Tariff Reformers regarded it as pernicious. Mr Asquith described the British as tho ‘‘archldnmpers of the world,” and added that “if wo penalised the dumpers we would suffer the most.” He condemned premium bonds, which ho said would bo a failure.'
