At the _ mo.otir.jj; of the City Council last evening advice, was received from the Internal Affairs Department that the Minister, after duly considering the report of the Commission ivhich sat in connection with the boundaries of the city of Christchurch. and the representations made in respect to such'report, did not intend to take any further action in the matter at the present time. Councillor Sullivan pointed out that on I/incoln Road there was a No Man's nr\p, and there should be some decision regarding this. Councillor Flosher moved that the Minister of Internal . Affairs should be asked to decide what local authority should have control over tins portion of Lincoln Road. The motion was carried.
