]ftr W. R. Devereux, the Reform candidate for Riccarton, held a very successful meeting at Hornby on Saturday night. The speaker was frequently applauded, and received a henrty vote of thanks at the conclusion of his address A number of questions were answered. Mr Mnnhire was in the chair.
