•J n conformity with the City Council s decision to alter the name of Lower High Street to Ferry Road, the \V oolston Borough Council agreed to change the name of Ashbourne Street and Regent Street to Ferry Road, thus giving the road the same name froin Madras Street to the Hoathcote Bridge. Iho vvoolston Council also decided to take in hand the renumbering of the bouses as soon as possible.
