In the Prussian National Assembly Prime Minister Hirsch stated that the arrest of a Spartacist agitator in Saxony had revealed a Spartacist plot to asGerman Austria, who were• tendering the Communist movement. The assassin was to bo chosen by lot, and must, carry out the assassination within twenty-four hours, otherwise ho himseli would be murdered immediately. Death was the penalty of treachery.
