The Council met at 2.30 p.m. A debate on the committee stago, ot the Board of Trade Bill had not concluded when tho Council adjourned at 4.30 p.m. HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, EVENING SITTING. The House met at 7.30 p.m. BILLS. Several local Bills passed their second reading. The Kauri Gum Industry Bill, and Auckland University College Site Bill passed through committee, and were read a third time. The House rose at 11 p.m.
