The departure of the British troops will mot entail French occupation in Damascus, Lama, Hqos and Aleppo, which are in the zone considered as a possible Arab State or confederation of States. Nevertheless, Arab power here must henceforth depend upon French support. The French will relieve the British in Cilisia.
