TO-DAY’S SITTING. CHRISTCHURCH. Air T. A. B. Bailoy. S.AI. presided at to-day’s sitting of the Alagi.stnite'S Court. DRUNKENNESS. Three first offenders were each fined ss, in default twenty-four hours’ imprisonment. ALLEGED INDECENT EXPOSURE. Reginald ATatthews was charged with wilfully exposing his person in the Botanic Gardens on August 12. The accused who pleaded not guilty was remanded until August 18. REAIANDED TO AVAIPAAVA. William Sprigging, alias M’Alister, was charged with breaking and entering the premises of Ernest O. Roaci! at Tikokino on July 3 and stealing articles valued at £4l- Ho was remandou in appear at the Alagistrate’s Court at AVaipawa on August 21.
