BOARDING-HOUSE f BURNED. [Per Press Association.] . TAUMARUNUI, July 7. Beauraopt’fi two-storey hoardinghouse at Owhango was destroyed hv fire at three o’clock on Sunday morning- The inmates had a narrow escape, getting out in their nightclothes! Some of them jumped from a balcony. A woman and two children just escaped with their lives. The 'building was insured for £IOOO, but the furniture was not insured- Nothing was saved. The fire started in the kitchen.
