Jhe policemen also threaten to walk out, if the demands of the strikers are not granted. No trains are runnmg in Winnipeg and no telegraphs or telephones are working. The citv is practically isolated. Many homes'are without bread or milk. Business is at fi. standstill, and the newspapers aro not being published. The more radical elements declare that they will establish a, Soviet Government and take control of property.
