ILLEGAL JOY RIDING. Hie practice of "borrowing” motorcars without the knowledge of the owners is indulged in by a. few adevnturous people. They appropriate tins vehicles, drive away, and leave tho owners lamenting until their machines are discovered at any near or remote spot it may please the borrowers to leave them.
