SITUATION UNCHANGED.
[Pek Press -Association;] , WESTPORT, August 26. The coni situation remains unchanged, Donnistou is working tho same ns nsnal. but Millerlon and vStocktcn arc still out.. More colliers are arriving in town. shipping to-day is practically at a standstill. Iho Canopus, Alexander and Ailo are m port, but there is no coal. Iho railway yard is well .lined with strings of empty coal waggons.
