Cameron, of the New Zealiind Nursing Service, with the insignia of the Royal Red Cross, first class. (Nurse Cameron was formerly matron of the St Helens Hospital, Christchurch. She joined the staff of military nurses very early in the war. She was on board the Alnrquotte when that steamer was torpedoed in the Mediterranean, and suffered severely from shock. She returned to Christchurch to recuperate, and recently left on a visit to Australia.)
