OPERA HOUSE.
There was a large attendance at the Opera House on Saturday evening, wiien the various performers were cordially approved. The programme to be presented this evening will include; three new turns. Rio and Kclmar, two American importations, will be seen in a ''strong man" act, and Marie Duo her, also an American artist, Avill he heard in the latest New York cabaret songs. Doy.ey, an ._ ex-member of the Five Mmichurians, will make his appearance in some remarkably clever acrobatic and juggling feats. Sydney Jones and Agnes Raines, who were, very successful last week, will bo heard in new humorous songs and piano accompaniments, and Low .lames and Reina Selma will submit new "gags" of local interest, songs and patter. Ernest Pitcher, who has had a very successful season in Christohurch, will further draw upon his extensive repertory of comic songs, and Gus Blake and Maud Grandy will stage a new playlet! entitled " The "Clarionet." ISew items by the popular soubrettes, the Coleman Sisters, will round off a well varied programme. The box plan is at Messrs Milner and Thompson's.
