FUNERAL OF G. P. DONNELLY.
[Per Press Association. 1 WELLINGTON, August 13. Over .two thousand attended thy funeral of the late Mr G. P. Donnelly. The deceased was laid to rest beside tho remains of his Lato wife, in the Maori burial ground at Omahu, Yesterday. Tho Hon AY. D. S. MjtfcDtmold represented the government. Sir James Carroll and Mr A. T. Ngata. were also present. Maori mourners came from all parts of the Dominion, and at the conclusion of the mournful ceremony tho chiefs Knrauria, AYirihana To: Ata-Kikoia, Taranaki To Ua and T'iipaea. addressed welcomes to the Government party. The. Revs Clarke and F. A. Bonnet Conducted the graveside service.
