UKRAINE REGIMENT MAKES TROUBLE. ODESSA'S SITUATION. Router's Telegrams. (Received August 13, 2 p.m.) PETROGRAD. August 12. A Ukraine regiment entraining at IvieU for the front fired upon the cuirassiers guarding stations. After a fight, in which fourteen were killed and fifty wounded, the Ukrainers surrendered. An official telegram from Odessa denies that tho evacuation of the town is imminent.
PUNISHING RECREANT TROOPS. Reuter's Telegram n. (Received August 13. 2 p.m. 1 ) PETROGR.AD, August 12. General Korniloff has ordered the Guards regiments which bolted at Tarnopol to forfeit all privileges. Ho will replace the disgraced regiments after the war with those having a better record, who will form tho nucleus of a republican guard. RUSSIAN REVIVAL PREDICTED. GENERAL KORNILOFF'S PREDICTION. Reuter's Telegrams. (Received August 13, 3.20 p.m.) PARIS, August 12. General Korniloff telegraphed to General Fooli that lie is convinced that after the restoration of firm discipline tho Russian troops will very shortly bring full support to tho Allies.
