JUDGMENT SUMMONS CASES. Judgment summons cases were dealt with at tlie Magistrate's Oouic th s morning by Mr T. A. B. Bailey, S.M. James Pickford Milner (Mr Jv. Dougah) proceeded agniust Archibald C. Shanks (Mr Salter) for the recovery of £5 7s 7d. Mr Salter said that an offer ot 4s in the £ had been refused, bu;| fcko. debtor couid not pay more wthoiit going bankrupt.
