REGULATIONS TO BE ENFORCED. Reutor'a Telegram*. Received August,. 9, 1 p.m.) LONDON, August 8. In the House of Commons Mr J. J. Macphexson, Under-Secretary for 'Wnv. stated that the War Cabinet had decided that the King's Regulations forbidding soldiers to participate in politics should be rigorously enforced. Soldiers -would not be permitted to join soldiers' and workmen's councils.
