AtL&trftliin and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received July 27. 2 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, July 2(5. General Pilsudzki, the creator and commander of the Polish army, has been arrested at Warsaw and conveyed to Germany, in reprisal for the Poles' refusal to fight except for their own country.
