BREACHES OF AWARDS.

CASES AT MAGISTRATE'S COURT. At the Magistrate's Court this afternoon before Mr T. A. B. Bailey, S.M., tho Inspector of Factories (Mr J. Jackson) proceeded' against several employers for alleged breaches of awards. Robert M'Cartney, charged with failing to provide a sleeping whare, said that all his man did not care to go into the one whare together, and lie had provided two tents, which woro more Tbvgienio.
