The "New York Timer,'" "Washington correspondent states that an official report ha.s been received in AY ashing! on that Germany has completed a small number of submarines capable, of submerging for two .hundred feet. Such an achievement will add to the submarine problem, as this typo of submersible- is able to dive under nets.
