GERMANY AND ARGENTINE.
HEAVY CLAIMS FOR. DUES. SHIPS MAY BE SEIZED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received July 21 2.10 p.m.) RIO JANEIRO, July 20. The Government is suing Germany for a million sterling for harbour dues for ships which have been taking refugo in her harbours since the outbreak of the war. Tho claim is unanswerable, and if not paid the ships will be seized.
