BRITISH REGAIN ADVANCED POSTS. The High Commissioner reports:— LONDON, July 19, 1.45 p.m. Sir Douglas Haig reports:— At Monohy le Preux wo have re-es-tablished the advanced posts from which we were compelled to fall back by an enemy attack on July 11.

Sit* Douglas Hairr reports:— The British forces have, again established the advance posts eastward of Monchy le Preux which werp lost on July 10. The British repulsed raiders westward of Cherisy and eastward of Costaverne, tnd carried out successful raids east ind north of Ypres. There are reciprocal artillery activities near Lombaertzyde.
