FROM THE ENEMY SIDE. SUCCESS AT KALUSZ CLAIMED. LONDON, July 17. A wireless German official message says:—There was lively fighting on the Riga, Dvinsk and Smorgon fronts. Wo captured woodlands north of Kalusz. The Russians evacuated the town and retreated to the south bank of the Ixnnnitza. DISSENSIONS MUST STOP. APPEAL TO NATION. Australian and N.Z. Cabin Association and Beuter. LONDON. July 17. A Russian wireless message states: The executives of the Workmen's, Soldiers' and Peasants' Delegates issued a manifesto, stating that the rime had come for all dissensions to cease. All must assist the soldiers in the front line. To refrain now would be to deliver them to destruction and betray the Fatherland and the revolution. PETROGRAD TROUBLES. SERIOUS RIOTS. United Service. (Received July 18, 11.25 p.m.) LONDON. July 18. There are serious outbreaks in Petrograd. Regiments and civilians with rifles and machine guns are parading the city and the Government. There is much shooting.
