TO-DAY'S CASES. (Before Mr T. A. B. Bailey. S.M.) BY-LAW BREACHES. Charles Jarden and Guy Rcec?, fhargethwith cycling at night without a light, were each fined os and costs. On a -similar charge. Donys Hoaro was convicted and discharged. Thomas Marker, charged with failing to give notice of his intention to erect a scaffolding, was fined 40s and costs. Samuel Hurst Seagcr was charged with driving his motor-car in Hagley Park. Sub-Inspector Mullany said that the 'defendant was unaware of the by-law The defendant was convicted and dissharged. .
