The Stato Department lias learned that millions of German gold is being used for propaganda in the United States. Several newspapers, it is alleged, have been subsidised, and it is also asserted that propaganda is not absent lrom diplomatic circles. TO ASSASSINATE RUSSIAN MINISTER OF WAR. Australian and N.Z. The Russian Intelligence Department has learned that Germany is sending 700 spies to Russia in order to attempt to assassinate 31. Kerensky, the Russian Minister of War. The Russian Government has 'adopted extraordinary precautions to guard the Minister, particularly against bombs and train wrecks. WATCHING HUN AGENTS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. Kerensky and other ministers.
