MANY THOUSANDS OF M|'N AND ENORMOUS QUANTITY OF MATERIAL. The Hifih Commissioner reports: LONDON, July 16 (5.40 p.m.) A Russian official report states:— On Sunday ivc captured 10 officers, 900 Austro-German soldiers and a number of machine-guns. Our captures between July 1 and L> total S3l officers, 35.809 men, 93 guns, 28 trench mortars. 103 machine guns, 43 mine throwers, 43 bomb mortars, 3 lire throwers, 1' aeroplanes, and a large quantity of other material.
