SCHOOL COMMITTEES.

BURWOOD. The Bunvood School Committee met on Friday, all the members being present. The secretary reported an expenditure of £o 7s 9d, and a balance of £l2 2s fid. Account? amounting ti. £6 Ms 2d were- passed for payment. The tei-chcr's report showed art improvement in the roll, an increase of one boy and two girls, the roll now being 124, and the average attendance 105.4.
