A WELLINGTON EFFORT. [Per Psiiss Association.] WELLINGTON, July 29. A produce fair, organised by Wellington schools in aid of Belgian children, closed this morning -with a clearing auction. The effort has been ft great success. The gross proceeds exceed £llsO. The expenses trill be small.
