PCUCE CASES. (Before Mr W. W. Tanner, J.P., and Mr H. Quane, J.P.) A first offender, for drunkenness, was convicted and.oidered to pay medical expenses. Another wa3 fined ss. Duncan M'Callurn, a boy, was fined os and costs for cycling; without a light. Herbert Cook was fined 5s and costs for motoring ovei the railway crossing at Sockburn while a train was approaching. D. Lennox, a youth, was fined 10s and costs for driving a mob of sheep over the railway crossing az Islington while a train was approaching. Evidence was given that an engine had run into the sheep on the crossing.
