(Beforo Mr H. W. Bishop, S.M.) BREACH OF PROHIBITION ORDER. Albert Foote, for a breach of a prohibition order, was fined 10s. DRUNKENNESS. A first offender, a Maori, was convicted and discharged, and on the application of the policw a prohibition order was granted. CIVIL CASE. In John M'Farlane v. Captain A. E. Jolly, master of the Indralema, judgment was given for plaintiff on a.claim of £2 10s 9d for wages due.
