4. : DRDK AND MAINTENANCE. (Before Mr H. V. Bishop, S.M.) One first offender, for drunkenness, was fined ss. John Henry Charleton, a second offender, was fined 10s. John Barry was fined 10s on each of two charges of disobedienco of a maintenance order. Walter Rugg (Mr t Donnelly), a third offender, was prohibited at his own request and discharged. Michael Tiney, for failing to comply with 31 maintenance order for 4s a week, on which he was in arrears £ll Bs, was sentenced to three months' imprisonment, the Avarrant to be suspended so long as he paid off arrears at tha original rate. Grace Hartnellasked for a separation order from her husband, Walter Chmrles Hartnell, with maintenance and guardianship. Kvidenco was given of cruelty and drunkenness. An ord'er was made, with «*}o.s a week yiainten.ance.
