MINED IN MEDITERRANEAN. . By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright. (Received April 29.. 10 a.m.) LONDON, April 28. Rear-Admiral Frcmantlc's flagship, H.M.S. Russell, .was mined' and sunk in the Mediterranean. Of "the crew 124 are missing. Captain William Rowden-Smith, twenty-four officers and 676 men were saved: (The Russell, third-class battleship, of 14,000 tons, was launched in 1901. She had a speed of 14 knots. Her armament consisted of four 12m and twelve 6in guns.
